Thank you for shopping with Unmask and Heal LLC.
We carefully handcraft and package each product with love and attention. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 1-2business days after processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather conditions beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 days, please contact us at unmaskandheal@gmail.com.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement if applicable.


6. International Shipping

At this time, Unmask and Heal LLC ships only within the United States.
We hope to offer international shipping soon — please check back for updates!


7. Shipping During Holidays

During holidays or product launches, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience as we carefully handcraft each order.
